Susan J Rosenthal is the Founder & CEO of LuminEdge Advisors. As an executive and entrepreneur, she generated more than $1 billion in new revenue across 100 countries. In the roles of CEO, COO, CMO, SVP of Strategy, and VP Sales & Marketing, Susan’s leadership shaped growth stories at Citi, Colgate-Palmolive, AT&T Wireless, Creda Health, WealthBuilder, and more. She has also guided a number of other startups.

Seeing that strategy alone was not enough to achieve a next level of growth, Susan became a certified executive coach to guide leaders in leading their organizations at a higher level of performane. She’s known for blending big-company best practices with entrepreneurial agility, and leadership development with mindset transformation. These have become the foundation of her proprietary L>EDGE™ Methodology, which provides the process and roadmap to a new level in personal development and a next level in business.

After burning out at two global companies, Susan pivoted to mid-market companies, entrepreneurial ventures, and eventually startups. Along the way, she founded five new ventures and advised hundreds of leaders on strategy, marketing, and scaling.

Susan holds an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan, plus certifications in business coaching, personal development, and professional speaking. She has coached leaders from Fortune 500 executives to high-growth founders and women business leaders, lectured at NYU, Pace University, The Levin Institute, and the U.S. Department of State, and serves on business and nonprofit advisory boards.
